ARIZONA CARDINALS




The Arizona Cardinals participated in the first ever draft, at that time known as the Chicago Cardinals.

They have had four overall number picks from that time:
1939 - Ki Aldrich, C, TCU
1940 - George Cafego, Back, Tennessee
1945 - Charley Trippi, Back , Georgia
2019 - Kyler Murrary, QB, Oklahoma

There have been four occasions when Arizona did not have a first round pick, 1950, 1990, 1992 and 1995.

Since the draft was reduced to 7 rounds in 1994, the Cardinals have selected players at the following positions:
