Herne Bay, a seaside town on the East Kent coast, sitting at the mouth of the Thames Estuary. Home to the world's first free-standing clocktower and the birthplace of BBC scriptwriter Anthony Coburn who conceived the idea of the police box in Doctor Who. In sporting terms Herne Bay is known for its water-sports and hosted the Zapcat Power Boat Racing Championship, but other than that not much to shout about. That was until the Herne Bay Saxons clinched the BFU East Divisional title and the BFU Bowl in 2020, under the leadership of The Commish who took over as GM in Week 4 of last season.
